Finding fun materials for teaching kids

I’m always on the hunt for engaging resources to use in my ESL classes. Recently, I’ve found that interactive games and storytelling really get the kids involved. If anyone has suggestions for websites or books that offer age-appropriate activities, I’d love to hear them.

I totally agree that fun materials are key! I’ve used the website Teachers Pay Teachers a lot; you can find some great interactive resources there that are perfect for kids. Have you tried using visual storytelling?

Have you ever tried incorporating Puppet shows? The kids absolutely love it and it’s a great way to enhance their speaking skills while keeping it fun. Check out @jgarcia204’s suggestion about Teachers Pay Teachers; I found some fantastic resources there too.

Try using story cubes for creative storytelling! They’re fun and great for sparking kids’ imagination… Have you used them in your classes?
