ROI on puppet time

During a phone screen today, I was asked how I’d “measure ROI” on puppet time for my 5-year-olds. I said Wiggles the Whale helps 12 little mouths try the /w/ sound at 8:05 a.m. — that’s developmentally appropriate bravery, not a spreadsheet; anyone else translating giggles into KPIs lately?

I do a quick tally of ‘voluntary /w/ tries’ before/after puppets; satisfies admins; sound fair? Still playful.
